Consulting work with Providence General Foundation was my first step in a multi year journey I had with Providence Health and Services. When I first started working for the foundation, I helped them develop a strategy for Facebook and email newsletters. I helped the foundation set up the capibility to accept online donations, which have been very successful.
Additionally, I helped them set up online event registration through a CRM system. I also worked with the foundation to create content for their website, and helped them migrate their site to a new platform. Eventually, the work that I had done for the foundation was recognized by others at Providence and I started consulting with Providence Medical Group.
